I’m Amanda, a Registered Dietitian and NASM-certified personal trainer. I obtained my Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University, and my Bachelor's in Health Sciences from Oakland University. I have worked in Weight Management for over 5 years and have helped hundreds of people lose weight, improve metabolic markers, come off medications, and enhance their overall quality of life.
I was inspired to become a Registered Dietitian through my health journey. I learned the importance of nourishing my body by using food as medicine to improve my body composition, energy levels, and metabolic markers. I am passionate about helping others optimize their well-being through personalized nutrition, and to show you that achieving and maintaining a healthy body is doable without restrictive diets and hours of cardio.
My Approach
Whether you’re a chronic yo-yo dieter, a business professional lacking the energy at work, or trying to prevent or manage chronic diseases, I meet you where you’re at on your health journey. My clients receive personalized nutrition plans and exercise regimens that meet their needs and goals.
