Hydrating Smoothie
Hydrate ~ Glow ~ Nourish ~ Repeat
Ingredients
8 oz fresh pressed aloe vera or coconut water
1 cup mango; fresh or frozen
1 small banana; fresh or frozen
2 cups kale
1 cup cucumber
1 inch ginger
Juice from 1 lemon
Ice; *only if you didn’t add any frozen ingredients
Method
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender
Add more aloe vera water or coconut water if consistency is too thick
Enjoy! (serves 2)
