Hydrating Smoothie

Hydrate ~ Glow ~ Nourish ~ Repeat

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh pressed aloe vera or coconut water

  • 1 cup mango; fresh or frozen

  • 1 small banana; fresh or frozen

  • 2 cups kale

  • 1 cup cucumber

  • 1 inch ginger

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • Ice; *only if you didn’t add any frozen ingredients


Method

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender

  • Add more aloe vera water or coconut water if consistency is too thick

  • Enjoy! (serves 2)
